This workshop is ideal for people starting their business, or those who are new to business, that would like to improve their sales skills.
It will be an interactive workshop where we cover:
• Creating the right mindset for selling – getting in the zone
• How and why people buy – understanding customer wants and needs
• What you are really selling – matching what you have to your customer wants and needs
• An easy to follow, structured sales process with each step explained – six steps to sales success
During the workshop attendees will have the opportunity to develop their action plan if they choose to. A set of workshop notes will be provided.
This project is funded by the National Community Fund and the European Social Fund and provides a fantastic opportunity to help 1000 individuals move forward with their lives by starting a business, becoming self-employed, find a job or start training. The project is being delivered by a partnership that brings together a wealth of skills, expertise and experience to make sure that everyone gets the help that is right for them. Our partnership is made up of WSX Enterprise, Action Hampshire, Surrey Community Action, University of Winchester and Fredericks Foundation.
